Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through the Contact page with your order number and details of your concern. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that a $10 restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges to cover associated costs. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you do not see your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at prodigybabytoys@gmail.com.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For exchanges, the fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. For customers outside the U.S., please contact us through the Contact page.
For our Montessori Playsets, orders are shipped every 3 months. You have full control over your subscription — you can pause, skip, cancel, or change boxes at any time.
We will confirm your order as soon as possible during our working hours, Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST). If you have urgent inquiries or concerns, please reach out via the Contact Us page.
