What makes Baby Prodigy different?
We curate our collections to foster independent learning and purposeful challenges, while ensuring every moment is undoubtedly fun! Beyond play, we are committed to sustainability. Our toys are crafted from natural materials like wood, and we do our best to pack each toy in its own reusable cloth bag rather than using disposable packaging.
How do I know which Play Box is right for my child?
We currently offer four Play Boxes designed for milestones at 6+, 12+, 18+, and 24 months. While these are our recommendations, we believe every child’s developmental journey is unique. Feel free to choose the stage that best aligns with your little one’s current interests and curiosity.
Are your toys safe and sustainably made?
Safety is our foundation. Every Baby Prodigy piece is crafted from natural wood and finished with non-toxic, water-based paints.
How do I clean and maintain the wooden toys?
Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh chemicals, as moisture can damage the natural grain and finish of the wood.
Orders and Shipping
Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
You have the flexibility to choose! You can purchase boxes individually as your child reaches a new milestone, or subscribe to ensure the next stage of play arrives exactly when they are ready for it.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all subscriptions. For one-time purchases, shipping is free on all orders over $75. For orders below $75, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?
We confirm and process all orders within 5 business days during our working hours (Monday–Friday, EST). You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your box is on its way.
What happens after I receive Play Box 4?
Since our current collection is designed for milestones up to 24+ months, Play Box 4 (The Social Kit) is currently the final stage in our series. However, we are constantly expanding our collection! If you are a subscriber, we will notify you 6 months after your final box with our latest product offerings or new age-specific kits to continue your child's developmental journey.
Gifting
Can I send a Baby Prodigy box as a gift?
Absolutely! Our boxes make wonderful gifts for baby showers, birthdays, and special occasions. Since we use reusable cloth bags and premium cards, the unboxing experience already feels like a special gift.
Will the recipient see the price?
No, we never include pricing information inside our boxes. Your gift recipient will only see the toys, the Play Guides, and your personal message.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes! In the "Order special instructions" box during checkout, simply write "Gift Note: [Your Message]" and we’ll make sure it’s included in the box.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that a $10 restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges to help us keep our small-batch production sustainable.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number or email us at hello@babyprodigy.co. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
