Baby Prodigy started in a very personal way. When I became a parent, I found myself constantly searching for toys I felt truly comfortable giving my own daughter. I was looking for something intentional, toys made from natural materials that felt safe and supported real, hands-on learning, rather than the loud, plastic options that seemed to be everywhere.

From My Living Room to Yours

I didn’t actually set out to start a company. I was just a mom on a personal quest to find the best wooden toys for my own home, pieces that were not only safer and non-toxic, but also more educational, beautiful, and genuinely fun.

As I began sourcing these for my daughter, whenever friends came over for playdates, the conversation inevitably drifted from the coffee to the toy shelf. "Where did you get these?" became the most common question I heard.

My friends began asking if I could source the same toys for them, too. Their persistence, and our shared need for more intentional playthings, is what ultimately turned a personal search into Baby Prodigy. What started as a mission for my own family naturally grew into a mission for our community.
