Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delays

Baby Prodigy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Baby Prodigy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages
